Building a personal operating system requires strict boundary separation between public showcases and private workspace modules. In this article, we walk through setting up a workspace using Next.js 15, Turborepo, and shared package caching.

Monorepo Layout

We isolate our shared type declarations and configurations from execution layers to ensure fast build caching:
